This course is for facilitators to understand the relevance of career guidance and making informed career choices.

Operational Guidelines

This course is designed to train facilitators working with schools to effectively collaborate with key stakeholders like Headmasters (HMs), Operations Team and the Quality Team, and ensure smooth execution of the CareerAware and Career Ready programs. 

The course covers essential operational guidelines, and communication protocols, to help facilitators navigate challenges and maintain consistency in their role.

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

  • Describe all the processes involved in tracking student data viz batch codes, UID lists, and attendance
  • Define all the tools and processes that are an important part of your role viz monthly engagements
  • Effectively collaborate with important stakeholders — The HM, Operations team, and the Quality team

1:1 Career Counselling

This course is for career facilitators to learn how to conduct 1:1 counselling sessions with students and youth in safe and productive ways, by understanding what principles and actions should be kept in mind while leading such sessions.

This course is for career facilitators to learn about the various influence in a young person's career journey, what impact they can create, and how some of them can meaningfully be involved in career conversations to enhance support with career aspirations.

This course is for career facilitators to learn about the impact of Reality, that is, the impact of education, finances, and family, on making career decisions. You will also explore the relevance of this understanding in guiding someone in their career journey, with a focus on contextualisation of guidance based on student and career realities.

This course is for career facilitators to learn about the concept of Interest in the process of Self Awareness, and about the relevance of this understanding in guiding someone in a career journey that focuses on sustained growth and happiness.
